Take the 2017 FenderBender KPI Survey

May 18, 2017
The KPI survey results reveal more and more about the industry each year, but one fact has remained true: Those that track KPIs tend to perform at a much higher level; those that don’t—and many still don’t— keep falling further behind.

May 18, 2017—The 2017 FenderBender KPI Survey is open for input from collision repair professionals.

FenderBender's annual KPI survey, which was developed to evaluate key performance indicators at collision repair shops across the company, will be open through Monday, May 22. Survey results will appear in the July 2017 issue of FenderBender magazine and at fenderbender.com.

As noted by the 2016 FenderBender KPI Survey, while the survey results reveal more and more about the industry each year, one fact has remained true: Those that track KPIs tend to perform at a much higher level; those that don’t—and many still don’t— keep falling further behind.

The 2017 KPI survey will only take a few minutes and is anonymous. Those that respond will be entered to win a $50 Amazon gift card and a package of FenderBender gear. Each participant will receive an additional copy of the survey's executive summary.
