June 13, 2012—The Georgia Collision Industry Association (GCIA) is hosting a legal seminar presented by Ray Gunder, owner of Gunder's Auto Center Inc. in Lakeland, Fla.

Gunder will speak with his attorney, Brent Geohagan, and consultant Barrett Smith. The group will touch on a range of subjects, including avoiding unnecessary liabilities and getting properly compensated, according to a news release_notes.

“The seminar we had recently in Lakeland, Fla. was a great success, and we are excited at the opportunity to meet with repairers in the great state of Georgia,” Smith said. “We’ve learned that some who attended the Florida program will be attending this one as well.”

The seminar takes place June 23 and is available to both members and non-members of the GCIA. To sign up, go to the organization's website.
