Aug. 9, 2013—Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes recently announced it will hold its fall Digital Marketing Advanced Business classes in Columbia, S.C., on Sept. 2 and in Dallas on Oct. 9.
In addition, Sherwin’s Achieving Service Excellence course will take place in Warrensville Heights, Ohio, on Aug. 21 at the Cleveland-based Sherwin-Williams division headquarters.
Frank Terlep, CEO of Summit Software and Marketing Solutions, will facilitate the digital marketing class.
The course will discuss challenges body shop decision-makers face in today’s rapidly changing digital and information age. Various areas of digital marketing will be discussed including what is digital marketing, who is the potential audience, the benefits and importance of different digital media platforms, how to create a digital marketing strategy, action plan and more.
The Achieving Service Excellence program is designed to provide shop owners, production managers, customer service representatives and estimators with the knowledge and skills necessary to improve their shop’s production by focusing on the right types of customer service.
“Lean collision repair shops and those that utilize the right methods of customer service are able to reduce internal costs and raise their level of CSI and output quality,” said Steve Feltovich, manager of business consulting services for Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes.
