BASF to Host Color Contest with Bogi Lateiner

March 24, 2017

March 24, 2017—BASF recently announced that it is hosting a contest with Bogi Lateiner of Velocity’s All Girls Garage, to choose a paint color for her plans of an all-female truck build. A 1957 Chevrolet truck montage, built by Lateiner’s team, is scheduled to be unveiled at BASF’s SEMA booth late next fall.

Voting for the contest is now open, with fans choosing between dark teal, sky blue, and dark purple. Those interested in voting can do so by clicking here.

After the contest, fans can submit names for each of the custom colors developed by Lateiner. Additionally, BASF will follow Lateiner and her team throughout the build, sharing videos on the company’s social media channels leading up to the 2017 SEMA event in October.
