CCC ONE Estimating acquires 12,000th user

Oct. 7, 2011

Orlando, Fla., Oct. 7, 2011—CCC Information Services Inc. on Friday announced during the NACE Expo that Dave’s Pro Collision in Beacher, Ill., became the 12,000th repair facility to choose CCC ONE Estimating.

CCC ONE Estimating is the cornerstone of the CCC ONE Total Repair Platform, which combines estimating, shop management and DRP performance controls into a single solution, according to CCC.

“I’ve been a satisfied CCC Pathways user for many years,” said Dave Miramontes, owner of Dave’s Pro Collision. “I’m generally not too excited about change, but when I learned about CCC ONE, I could see that it is built from Pathways which makes it familiar and the new interface makes it easy to use. The changes and improvements that were made to CCC ONE will help to error-proof many of our day-to-day tasks, like parts selection.”

“CCC spent 18 months working with repairers and conducting industry research to create a solution that would address repairers’ most pressing business problems,” said Jim Dickens, senior vice president of CCC’s Automotive Services Group. “With the rollout of CCC ONE Estimating, we implemented a new customer satisfaction process so we could gather additional reaction and input from shops. Understanding that our technology is a fundamental shift in the way repairers have been conducting business, we want to be certain of the value the solution delivers.”

CCC said it has been measuring customer satisfaction and reaction to CCC ONE, and monitoring calls into technical support. The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is nearly double from what it was with CCC Pathways users. And technical support calls are down among users who are fully deployed on CCC ONE Estimating, according to CCC.

“We’re very pleased and encouraged by the satisfaction scores we’re receiving from customers. However, there is always room for improvement and we’re committed to continuing to work with our systems and customers to address opportunities for additional enhancements,” Dickens said. “One of the true benefits of the CCC ONE platform is that we can more quickly develop and bring to market product release_notess. With CCC Pathways, our development cycle was 18-24 months; with the CCC ONE Platform we can deploy upgrades every month.”
