Minn. ABRA Donates Nearly $5K to Alzheimer's Association

Dec. 5, 2016

Dec. 5, 2016—Jerry’s ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a locally owned franchise in Mankato, Minn., recently donated $4,900 to the Alzheimer’s Association.

The donation is the result of a partnership between Jerry’s ABRA and the Mankato MoonDogs Northwoods League baseball team. Each time the MoonDogs hit a home run last season at Franklin Rogers Park in Mankato, Jerry’s made a $100 donation to the Alzheimer’s Association. The MoonDogs hit 49 homers at home in 2016, resulting in the $4,900 donation.

“We are honored to continue to support the mission to provide new treatments, preventions, and ultimately a cure for Alzheimer’s and other dementias,” said Geralynn Kottschade, Jerry’s chief financial officer.
