Sika R&D Manager to Present at Metals Conference

Sept. 13, 2016—Sika Automotive announced Monday that Dr. Steve Davis, laboratory manager for Sika’s R&D group, will be a guest panelist at the second annual North American Automotive Metals Conference, to be held Sept. 14 and 15 in Dearborn, Mich. 

Davis will participate in the keynote panel, “A Year On: Steel, Aluminum, OEM and Joining Considerations.” The panel will be held on Sept. 14 at 8:45 a.m. Other panel experts include steel and aluminum suppliers and OEM representatives. 

Davis will discuss how adhesive technology can affect the application of different materials in the automotive industry including conventional, lightweight and mixed materials.
