Glass.net, Windshields.com Jointly Managed Under Honex Interactive Industries

Sept. 29, 2015—TCG International Inc. and Honex Interactive Industries LLC announced Tuesday that they have entered into a long-term licensing and trademark agreement regarding Windshields.com, which will be acquired and managed by Honex Interactive Industries.

The agreement will bring together Windshields.com and Glass.net to better leverage individual core competencies in the auto glass industry.

“We are excited to have Honex take over the operations and brand management of Windshields.com and look forward to having a company that has a tremendous track record in the online automotive glass referral space give this property the attention that it deserves,” said Garry Skidmore, president of TCG International Inc.
