Sept. 15, 2015—The Boyd Group Inc. announced on Monday the Sept. 10 acquisition of Moore Collision Center in Jacksonville, N.C.
"We are very happy to announce our expanded presence in North Carolina," said Tim O'Day, president and COO of the Boyd Group's U.S. operations. "This will help us serve new customers and provides us additional capacity to better serve our insurance partners. We anticipate additional growth in our portfolio and are on track to meet our targeted growth rate of 6 to 10 percent through single-store additions."
