Elite Announces New Business Coach

Sept. 2, 2015

Sept. 2, 2015—Elite Worldwide Inc. announced on Tuesday that Mike Kost has joined the company as its newest business coach. In his new role, Kost will provide one-on-one business building guidance to current shop owners throughout the U.S.

Kost began his career as an ASE Master Certified technician and went on to becoming a shop owner when he purchased his first Precision Tune store. Within five years of purchasing his first store, he was running four profitable locations. As a franchisee, Kost has been awarded Precision Tune’s Top 10 Presidential Award, an award for creative marketing, and for 15 straight years has received an award for achieving the highest sales volume in the area.

Kost has continued his education over the past 20 years by attending industry sales, management and customer service courses. The knowledge that he has gained has helped him create systems and processes that have allowed him to run multiple successful shops from hundreds of miles away as an absentee owner.

“Mike actually started out as a client in Elite’s Coaching Program, but I soon realized that because he was running such a remarkable business he would be more than qualified to help our other coaching clients build their businesses. Mike also has the ethics we look for in all of our coaches, so we couldn’t be happier to have him join the Elite family.” said Bob Cooper, president of Elite.
