Certified Collision Group Expands 1stCertified Platform

Sept. 30, 2015

Sept. 30, 2015—Certified Collision Group (CCG), which announced its 1stCertfied initiative last week, has now added an additional nine facilities to the program, bringing the total to 26.

One of the new affiliates joining CCG is Parks Royal Body Works, which is located in Boise, Idaho. Park Royal’s OE Certifications, CSI scores and cycle time make them an ideal fit for CCG.

"Parks Royal is a prime example of how CCG will grow its 1stCERTIFIED initiative; adding unique value for well branded, owner operated, performance-driven organizations,” said Thomas Adams, CCG’s managing director. “Our ability to quickly expand into multiple markets is based on the value of our non-intrusive, high performance solutions to both qualifying collision repair businesses and the auto insurance community."

In order to be considered for 1stCERTIFIED participation, each applying organization must be focused on consistently delivering top-level repair quality, customer satisfaction, cycle time, and loss of use management results to their customers and auto insurers.
