Sept. 4, 2015—Axalta Coating Systems will break ground on its first Customer Experience Center in North Carolina, the company announced on Friday. The new facility will be located in the greater Charlotte area on the campus of Hendrick Motorsport.
The new 45,000-square-foot facility, scheduled to open late 2016, will serve Axalta’s collision repair, transportation and industrial customers. The center will offer training on Axalta’s cutting-edge coatings technology, have two paint booths, classrooms with distance learning capability, interactive displays and a conference center.
The groundbreaking event will occur on Sept. 8 at Hendrick Motorsport at 1:30 p.m.
