Auto Body Association of Texas Hosts Collision Industry Day

Sept. 15, 2015—The Auto Body Association of Texas (ABAT) is holding a Collision Industry Day on Sept. 25  in downtown Fort Worth, Texas, the group announced on Monday. The event is from 8 a.m until 4 p.m. at the Historic Fort Worth Hilton.

Speakers at the event include:

  • Mike Anderson, Collision Advice will speak to industry trends and necessary processes and procedures
  • Wayne Krause, Mitchell International will look at estimating and material refinish databases
  • Frank LaViola, Enterprise will share Texas specific statistics
  • Robert McDormand, Vehicle Value Experts will bring information to the process and procedures discussion

Along with discussion and networking opportunities, vendor displays will be set up around the perimeter of the meeting room.

“We hope to bring more education to this market,” ABAT president Burl Richards said. “We are excited to bring this dynamic group of speakers and vendors to talk to Texas.”
