Oct. 5, 2016—Uni-Select Inc. on Wednesday announced the acquisition of Guelph Paint and Bumper Supplies Inc. by FinishMaster Canada Inc., a subsidiary of the corporation.
Uni-Select’s concentrations are in the distribution of automotive refinish and industrial paint in North America. Guelph Paint and Bumper is a distributor of auto body supplies and auto paint refinish in Guelph, Ontario.
The move broadens FinishMaster’s Canadian presence in the paint, body and equipment market in Ontario. The aforementioned location is expected to be re-branded to the FinishMaster brand within weeks.
