Oct. 12, 2016—CARSTAR’S latest EDGE Performance Group meeting, held last week in St. Louis, garnered participation from 132 stores, marking the largest participation ever for the event.
Now in its third year, the program, which provides advanced training and education for shop owners and managers, has helped many CARSTAR stores improve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). CARSTAR says many of its locations consistently have a Net Promoter Score (the likelihood that a customer would recommend a business to a friend or relative) exceeding 90 percent; the industry average is 79 percent. Now, CARSTAR is focusing on another key benchmark: length of rental as measured by insurance companies.
