Sherwin-Williams Introduces Clearcoat CC200

Nov. 8, 2016

Nov. 8, 2016—Sherwin-Williams has unveiled its new Dynamic Clearcoat (CC200), a product aimed at saving time and aiding shop productivity.

Dynamic Clearcoat was designed to offer gloss for top refinishing, especially in collision repair work. Additionally, Sherwin-Williams said the product will reduce final detail, improving a shop's overhead and its technicians' time by not requiring buffing.

The product is designed for force-dry/booth applications and recommended for use on single- to multi-panel repairs. Its short bake cycle of five minutes at 140 degrees, or low temperature bake cycle of 20 minutes at 120 degrees, will ideally help eliminate bottlenecks.
