Nov. 9, 2015—Service King Collision Repair Centers announced its largest partnership of 2015 on Monday through a deal to acquire CARCARE Inc., a Chicago-based MSO with 15 locations across central Illinois.
The deal transitions all operations immediately to Service King. The terms of the merger were officially agreed upon and signed on Friday.

Service King now operates a total of 37 locations in the Chicago and central Illinois market. The organization has 275 locations in 23 states across the U.S.
