Nov. 5, 2015—Carubba Collision has acquired Collision Pro of North Buffalo, N.Y. Carubba’s new shop is the former Collision Pro of West N.Y.
“Our acquisition of Collision Pro is a very exciting opportunity for our company,” said Joe Carubba, president and CEO of Carubba Collision Corp. “Collision Pro has a great reputation and we intend to continue that high level of quality auto body service under the Carubba Collision brand.”
Carubba will retain the employees that previously worked for Collision Pro. The new facility will eventually include an Enterprise Rent-A-Car and multiple insurance companies.
