Nov. 20, 2014—Maaco has implemented AudaExplore’s Driver Experience and Repair Platforms across the U.S, and says the result has been improved management processes and customer service.

The number of shops using innovations such as the Driver Experience Platform continues to grow as the technology moves the needle for clients, Maaco said. More than 100 shops are expected to use the platform by the end of 2014.
