Ed. Foundation Ultimate Collision Grant Deadlines Approach

May 5, 2016

May 5, 2016—The Collision Repair Education Foundation announced Tuesday that its annual Ultimate Collision Education Makeover school grant application and AkzoNobel Sustainability Challenge Grant application are both due on June 3.

Winning schools will be announced during SEMA 2016.

The Collision Education Makeover grant will award more than $100,000 to schools classified into three tiers: Advanced, Proficient, and Developing. The goal is to help every school acquire the resources to eventually achieve an Advanced school designation.

For the AkzoNobel grant, schools are to submit proposals for applying continuous improvement and sustainability principles that improve the processes in the school’s body shop or improve the way the shop interacts and impacts the community. The winning schools will receive funding to implement their project.

An application for both opportunities is available on the foundation’s website.
