Symach Enters North America

May 20, 2015

May 20, 2015—Symach announced on Wednesday that it has sold its first body shop to CARS Auto Collision CSN, a Toronto-based MSO with 330 body shops in Canada.

The new body shop, located in Burlington, Ontario, near Toronto, will be operational in November and will be built entirely with Symach equipment and the FixLine formula. The painting process, preparation and drying will all be automated with Symach robots.

The Symach process and technology was highlighted in a FenderBender feature on gas catalytic drying technology in February.

This new bodyshop aims to repair 50 cars per week and reduce the cost of repair 25 percent. This will reduce the key to key time to an average of one and a half days for over 80 percent of the repairs.

“We are very excited about being the first shop in Canada to install the Symach system in our shop,” said CARS owner Nick Di Luca. “The product is light years ahead of it’s competitors. We at CSN Cars are confident it will reduce our key to key time drastically, and enhance our customer's’ experience.”
