May 27, 2015—Chief Automotive Technologies has launched a new blog called “Collisionology,” the company announced.

“Automakers are rapidly changing the way vehicles are designed and built,” says David Fischmer, marketing director for Chief parent company Vehicle Service Group (VSG). “And the more we can help educate technicians, estimators, shop owners and others in the industry about today’s essential practices and products, the more confident they will be. The Chief team has a vast amount of collision repair knowledge, and the ‘Collisionology’ blog provides the perfect outlet for us to share it with our customers.”

The blog will be updated multiple times per week and readers can subscribe and receive email notifications when new entries are posted or browse previous posts by topic. Previous topics include cycle time improvements, aluminum welding and frame rack selection.
