2015 FenderBender KPI Survey

May 1, 2015
Our third annual study evaluating data tracking and performance in collision repair shops nationwide
The difference between a collision business’s success and failure can be miniscule. It can also be measured.
As the collision repair industry continues to face myriad modern hurdles, more shop operators are turning to key performance indicators (KPIs) to give their businesses tangible, actionable information to push forward.

For the third time, FenderBender has compiled its annual KPI survey—a compelling snapshot of where the industry stands in terms of tracking the numbers most critical to business success. This year’s survey, sponsored by Management Success!, was completed by 448 operators from a wide range of shops spread across the country.

The results continue to demonstrate the trend in previous years of an increased, industry-wide focus on KPI tracking. They also give a clear picture why: Shops that track succeed; those that don’t lag behind.
