Omani Officials to Train at Management Success!

May 20, 2014

May 20, 2014—Government representatives from the Arab state of Oman will attend a two-week automotive management training course at California-based Management Success! this month.

Two Omani officials who work in the Workshops Department under the Directorate General of Transport at the Al Alam Royal Palace in Muscat, Oman, will attend the Automotive Shop Management training course from May 28–June 11 at the Management Success! offices in Glendale, Calif.

“Our goal is to teach them organization—how to smooth out the workflow and make the process more efficient through their numerous departments,” said Robert Spitz, Vice President of Business Development at Management Success!. “We’ll also show them how to set up [Key Performance Indicators] to monitor production though the entire process, from the time the vehicle is dropped off to the time it is ready to go back into service.”

The firm hosted two other Omani officials working for the Omani Directorate General of Transport last May for training. The government agency decided to send additional trainees this year so each official in that department would share the same knowledge.

“We are honored to be selected as the management training program for Oman, and we look forward to their visit,” Spitz said. “We want them to have a great learning experience here at our headquarters. Our consultants will work closely with our guests and ensure they know how to apply the principles they learn in class to their unique situation.”
