BASF Named General Motors Supplier of the Year

March 23, 2015—BASF was named General Motors’ (GM) Supplier of the Year for the 10th time in the past 13 years, the company announced on Friday.

The award was present to Joe Schmondiuk, vice president of global accounts at BASF Corp.

"BASF is pleased to have once again earned this recognition from GM," said Schmondiuk.  "It demonstrates the great commitment and capability of our team to offer the innovative solutions that GM needs. We view GM as a key partner in the automotive industry and are pleased that we were able to support them on several key product launches in 2014."

The GM Supplier of the Year program was established to recognize performance leaders in the areas of quality, technology, price and service.
