March 11, 2014—Summit eMarketing Sherpas recently announced the addition of a consumer review module to their eMarketPlace platform.
The company said the new module will help body shops increase the number of online reviews they receive, and improve their online reputation and overall web presence.
The module integrates with a number of shop management systems to automate the consumer review capture, management and reporting process. Summit eMarketing said the reviews are then automatically shared with the shop management team daily. Reviews can be shared on the shop’s website, Facebook page and other online pages.
In addition, the platform monitors a number of other social media sites and automatically reports on any type of posts made about the shop, employees, or competition.
