CIF Announces New Trustees

March 21, 2014—The Collision Industry Foundation (CIF) announced on Thursday that three new members were elected to the organization’s board of trustees.

Casey Steffen of Saint-Gobain Abrasives, Nick Notte of Sterling Collision Centers and David Henderson of Auda/Explore/Autowatch were named to the board at a CIF meeting on Feb. 10. and will work with the foundation to carry out its initiaitves.

"I'm excited to be part of the Collision Industry Foundation (CIF) board of trustees, said Nick Notte, president Sterling Autobody Centers.   "I strongly believe that it is the responsibility of every person who makes a living in our collision industry, to give back to those in need.  The CIF is a wonderful vehicle by which to do that.”

The current CIF board’s executive committee consists of William Shaw, PPG Industries as chair; Kelly Broderick, Dedoes as vice chair; John Bosin, Akzo Nobel Coatings as secretary; and Cheryl Boswell, DCR Systems LLC as treasurer.  Remaining in their positions as trustees are Rod Enlow, RENLOW Auto Technical Consulting Inc.; Dave Merrell, Parts Trader; Jim Muse, Axalta; Petra Schroeder, Axalta; and Jeanne Silver, CARSTAR Mundelein.
