March 31, 2014—CCC Information Services announced on Monday that its new mobile estimating application, CCC ONE Touch, is available for download at the Windows Store.
A pre-release of the app has been in use by hundreds of repair shops since October.
“Using the app allows us to give the customer a more personal experience, keep the customer engaged in the estimating process, and increases our capture ratio,” said Brian Huntley, body shop manager at Jack Maxton Chevrolet in Columbus, Ohio.
CCC ONE Touch serves as a mobile extension of the company’s CCC ONE Estimating system, with an “intuitive,” touch-screen interface that CCC expects to speed up and simplify the estimating process. The app was specifically designed to run on a Windows 8.1 operating system.
