June 10, 2016—Audatex, a Solera Company, announced Thursday the release of its Shop Recoverables Tool to help shops recover materials and labor operations commonly missed on estimates.
The tool provides a line-by-line review of an estimate while the advanced rules engine reminds the estimator to take into consideration repair materials, labor and operations the repair might need. Recoverable items include shop supplies, materials, repair labor, parts and refinish labor. The tool gives estimators the ability to correct lines and add overlooked items to the estimate before a final upload.
