Urethane Supply Announces New Instructors for I-CAR Training

June 2, 2015—Urethane Supply Company announced on Monday that it has appointed seven new instructors to provide the company’s new I-CAR Industry training Alliance Course on plastic repair.

“Introduction to Nitrogen Plastic Welding” is a three-hour course delivered in the customer’s shop for up to three technicians. Each technician receives hands-on training with common bumper repair scenarios, including thermoset polyurethane, also known as “yellow plastic.”

The new instructors are:

  • Bob Bryant, Wash., independent sales representative and distributor for Urethane Supply Company’s Nitrogen plastic welding in the Pacific Northwest
  • John Wilburn, Ala., foreman of Urethane Supply’s Encore Plastic Dumper Recycling division
  • Tim Lewis, Mass., owner of Boston Bumper Supply and an independent sales representative for Urethane Supply Company
  • Bill Athon, Ala., independent sales representative for Urethane Supply Company
  • Leon Roberts, Ala., independent sales representative for Urethane Supply Company
  • Greg Borst, Wis., territory sales representative
  • Billy King, N.C., lead technical consult with National Coating and Supply
