July 23, 2015—Caliber Collision has donated $35,000 to the Collision Repair Education Foundation. The donation will support several initiatives for collision school programs in the Atlanta, Houston and Dallas markets.

Caliber also is donating an additional $5,000 to the Education Foundation’s Collision Repair Education Campaign fund which offers grants and scholarships to career and technical schools and the students attending.

“Over the next 10 years, the industry will need thousands of new technology-savvy professionals dedicated to quality work and outstanding customer service,” said Mark Sanders, Caliber Collision president and chief operation officer. “Caliber’s support of the Collision Repair Education Foundation is one of the many ways that we’re investing in our collision repair future today.”

“I would like to thank Caliber Collision for their continued support of the Collision Repair Education Foundation,” said Clark Pluninski, Collision Repair Education Foundation executive director.  “As we work towards providing support to local collision school programs and their graduating collision students having the proper, entry-level skill sets, Caliber’s donation allows us to help provide the needed tools and equipment for the programs to be successful.”

Those interested in joining the Collision Repair Education Foundation’s supporters should contact Brandon Eckenrode, director of development.
