Safelite AutoGlass opens new Illinois facility

Oct. 19, 2011—Safelite AutoGlass, a provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services, on Tuesday announced the opening of a new store in Peoria, Ill.

The store is scheduled to open Nov. 7, according to Safelite AutoGlass.

The new 4,000-square-foot facility allows Safelite AutoGlass to expand inventory and provide in-shop space for installation and repair services.
The location, which has six employees, is managed by Greg Micklos.

“We look forward to growing our presence in the Peoria community and serving our customers in a friendly and timely manner,” said Bill Seibel, general manager of Safelite AutoGlass. “Keeping people safe while they are in their vehicles is critical. Vehicle glass is an important element of a car’s structural integrity, and we are happy to perform inspections to identify any risky chips or provide a quote on glass damage.”
