June 17, 2014—CollisionMax Autobody and Glass Centers awarded a 14-year U.S. Navy and Navy Reserve veteran with its Metal of Honor Award, according to an announcement Tuesday.
Jacqueline Mastroeni, 32, was chosen for the award after being nominated by her husband. CollisionMax will repair her 2005 Scion TC, which has a smashed bumper, free of charge as part of the recognition.
"The Metal of Honor Project is our way of saying thank you and honoring the men and women of our armed forces who put their lives on the line for all of us," said Jim Tornetta, CollisionMax president and CEO.
Now in its second year, CollisionMax’s Metal of Honor recognition awards 11 veterans with free autobody repairs each year. Each one of the 11 CollisionMax locations spanning Pennsylvania and New Jersey accepts applications for the award and then selects a winner in its respective area.
CollisionMax’s New Jersey shops are located in Blackwood, Cinnaminson, Glassboro, Marlton, Pennsauken, Sicklerville and Westmont. Its Pennsylvania centers are located in Oxford Valley, Warminster and two in Northeast Philadelphia.
