TechnaGlass Acquires the Glass Shoppe

July 29, 2016—TechnaGlass announced Thursday its acquisition of The Glass Shoppe.

TechnaGlass provides auto glass repair and replacement services with 40 locations in 10 states. The Glass Shoppe, based in eastern Utah, serves retail customers and commercial accounts, including dealerships, providing auto glass repair and replacement. 

“We are excited to be expanding our TechnaGlass brand to Eastern Utah and look forward to serving the loyal customers and commercial accounts of The Glass Shoppe while making operational investments to grow and expand in this market,” Troy Mason, CEO and founder of TechnaGlass, said.

The Glass Shoppe will be rebranded as TechnaGlass and all employees will be retained. 

“I am confident TechnaGlass will continue to provide our customers with the highest level of service and provide a home for our employees which is the most important factor for me.” said Craig Phillips, former owner of The Glass Shoppe.
