House of Kolor Looks for ‘Prestigious Painters’

July 22, 2016

July 22, 2016—House of Kolor, a Valspar Automotive brand, announced Friday that it is looking for next year’s Prestigious Painters.

The Prestigious Painter competition is open to anyone whose custom projects are painted exclusively with House of Kolor products. Entries can include street rods, custom cars and trucks, motorcycles, airbrush panels, musical instruments and other passenger vehicles such as boats and planes.

“Painters are hard workers who often times don’t get recognized, so this is our way of letting them know we appreciate what they do,” said Jon Kosmoski, founder of House of Kolor. “There are so many talented people out there using our products and we want to showcase the best of the best.”

House of Kolor is accepting nominations now through Sept. 1. Winners will be chosen based on finish quality, technique, design creativity and artistic merit. Winners will be featured in the House of Kolor Prestigious Painter Award Calendar for 2016. They will have the opportunity to appear with their vehicle with House of Kolor at tradeshows throughout the year.
