OEConnection, PartsTrader Integrate

July 23, 2015

July 23, 2015—During the 2015 NACE Expo & Conference, OEConnection (OEC) announced an integration with PartsTrader that will enable quote requests and orders originating from the PartsTrader application to be processed in the OEC dealer portal through CollisionLink parts procurement solution.

This integration will allow dealer users of CollisionLink to process quote requests and orders originating in the PartsTrader platform, as well as other orders received from body shops using the CollisionLink Shop or other third-party integrations.

“As the prevailing solution provider open on the desktop and used extensively by franchised automotive dealer parts departments nationwide every day, OEC considers integration with PartsTrader part of our continuing mission to drive efficiencies through the dealers’ systems,” said Chuck Rotuno, OEC president & CEO. “The incorporation of PartsTrader order processing into CollisionLink will aid us in that effort by reducing the time dealers spend fulfilling their collision parts orders.”

The CollisionLink/PartsTrader integration is expected to be available in early 2016. All dealers will have the option to adopt the integrated workflow or maintain separate ordering systems.
