GM will Host MyPriceLink Panel Discussion at NACE

July 10, 2015

July 10, 2015—GM announced Friday that it will host a panel discussion on MyPriceLink with representatives from OEConnection, AudaExplore, CCC and Mitchell at the 2015 NACE/CARS Expo & Conference on July 24 at 11:15 a.m.

MyPriceLink aims to enable the delivery of list price in real-time during the estimating process—but the program’s initial announcement, and subsequent launch, at last year’s SEMA Show was met with heavy criticism from the repair industry.

In May, GM announced that MyPriceLink would be performing market tests in select cities this summer.

Panel members will discuss topics about the market and take questions about the upcoming launch of GM’s MyPriceLink. This panel will be moderated by Dan Risley, president and executive director of ASA.

“Our panel discussion at NACE is intended to provide additional clarity and address many of the questions that the market has voiced regarding MyPriceLink. The GM customer is at the center of our decisions. MyPriceLink is consistent with what we continuously hear from our dealers and body shops, we all want what is best for our customers and we should not compromise,” says said Kris Mayer, General Director of Wholesale Dealer Channel at GM.
