July 2, 2014—PPG Automotive Refinish announced Wednesday that it added a new clearcoat product to its Shop-Line brand product line.
The HS European Speed Clear (JC6800) is a 4.2 VOC high solids clearcoat with a 15-minute bake time.
“We are pleased to expand the Shop-Line refinish system’s capabilities with the addition of JC6800 HS European Speed Clear,” said Jennifer Boros, PPG segment manager of solvent-borne brands. “Shop-Line finishes are designed to provide the ideal balance between performance and price, and this new clearcoat fits into the equation.”
