DETROIT, July 31, 2014--CCC Information Services on Thursday announced a number of new enhancements to its CCC ONE system during the 2014 NACE/CARS Expo & Conference in Detroit.
The company announced the newly designed CCC ONE mobile solution, which offers dozens of enhancements, including QR code and VIN scanning, smart photo data capture and automatic photo labeling. The solution is a free iPhone application for users of CCC ONE Estimating.
CCC has also redesigned its CCC ONE Indicators 2.0, which includes a dashboard that places leading KPIs up front. The dashboard is also organized for users to view activity across multiple locations, measure the performance of an individual shop or view performance within a DRP.
Finally, a number of new estimating and workflow enhancements were introduced to CCC ONE Touch, an estimating and repair management tool for tablet devices.
Those enhancements include an intuitive production dashboard, the ability to make changes to repair plans at the vehicle, ability to add and edit events, and visually identify substrate materials in part graphics.
