CARSTAR Names Two New Corporate Team Members

Jan. 19, 2016—Driven Brands and CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts announced on Monday the promotion of two Driven Brands’ team members. CARSTAR has appointed Arlo Johnson as vice president of insurance and Hannah Ross as director of marketing.

Johnson has worked in various areas of franchising for 12 years. He joined Driven Brands to lead the development team in 2014. In his new role, Johnson will focus on identifying and expanding growth strategies as well as developing plans to assist with operational improvement.

Ross was Meineke’s marketing manager for two years. She has experience in campaign development, event planning, public speaking, community outreach, promotions and sponsorship marketing. As CARSTAR’s director of marketing, she will work with franchisees to monitor national promotions performance, partner on creative support and provide the tools and training stores need to grow their businesses.
