TD Insurance to Offer ‘One-Stop’ Collision Assistance

Jan. 30, 2015

Jan. 30, 2015—TD Insurance announced on Friday that it is teaming up with its vendors to provide a new, “one-stop shop” solution for auto collision repairs.

Starting Monday, TD Insurance will work to provide its auto insurance customers with all the steps of an auto collision repair process (file a claim, vehicle drop-off, appraisal, repairs, and if needed, rent a car) all at one location.

Part of the program includes having the customer work with on single representative through the repair process—the TD Insurance adjuster onsite assigned to the claim.

"We appreciate that being in a car accident is stressful enough," Craig Richardson, vice president at TD Insurance, said in a release. "We are proud to be leading the market in offering this new, complete one-stop shop concept for auto collision repairs in Canada. Not only does this initiative allow us to deliver critical repairs in a timely manner, TD Insurance employees will also be able to serve customers directly onsite, ensuring that we meet all our customers' needs, providing them with a more comfortable, convenient and caring experience."
