Solera Holdings acquires Explore Information Services

April 26, 2011 — Solera Holdings, a provider of software for the auto insurance claims industry, on Monday announced the acquisition of Explore Information Services, which provides data and analytics services for auto property and casualty insurers.

Solera said the acquisition fuels its growth in re-underwriting and analytics products and services for the P&C insurance industry. It will now be able to offer solutions to help P&C customers manage risk during the full life cycle of a policy, improving their ability to capture lost premiums.
