Feb. 10, 2016—On Tuesday, Uni-Select Inc. announced that it has completed its acquisition of all the shares of Pièces d’autos M.A.G. Inc. (M.A.G.) and entered into an agreement to purchase substantially all of the assets of Jean Talon Auto Parts Ltd. and Center de de Pièces Gagnon.
The acquisitions were done through the company’s Canadian subsidiaries, and are subject to customary closing conditions and expected to close within 60 days.
