Feb. 4, 2015—PartsTrader announced on Tuesday the highest-rated repairers and suppliers utilizing the PartsTrader platform for 2014.
The ratings were determined by users completing surveys regarding the companies they did business with throughout the year.
Feedback forms capture information within the PartsTrader application by users and are related to orders within the system. In 2014, over 2.4 million orders were placed on the PartsTrader platform and users completed 407,973 feedback forms. Based on the submitted feedback, 3,214 companies received enough feedback to carry a rating for all 12 months of 2014, thus becoming eligible for the recognition.
