CARSTAR Reaches 4 Million Repairs

Feb. 6, 2014—As part of its 25th anniversary celebration, CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts offered a free repair to its 4 millionth customer, Jennifer Bailey and her 2009 Nissan Altima.

The vehicle had been through two accidents, resulting in damage to both sides of the car.

“I am so grateful to CARSTAR,” Bailey said, according to a CARSTAR release. “This is just amazing.”

“At CARSTAR, we strive to deliver the highest-quality collision repair and excellent customer service, but we are also committed to giving back to the communities where we do business,” said David Byers, CEO of CARSTAR. “It’s an honor to mark our [4 millionth] vehicle repaired milestone by helping Jennifer and her son get back on the road in a car that looks brand new.”

CARSTAR recently moved into a new headquarters building in Leadwood, Kan. The new headquarters provides a bright, modern, high-tech facility to house the corporate offices, the company said. 

According to a press release, CARSTAR delivers a repaired vehicle every 30 seconds across North America. The company operates 440 locations in 31 states and 10 Canadian provinces. 2013’s estimated revenue was nearly $630 million, up from the previous year.
