February 24, 2014—AT&T announced Monday that three additional companies have signed on to work with the connected car industry at the AT&T Drive Studio, a connected car center for innovation and research in Atlanta.

The studio will now include support from Qualcomm Technologies, Red Bend Software, and QuickPlay Media.

AT&T said it was the first carrier to open a dedicated facility for connected car innovation and research.
