Dec. 10, 2015—Uni-Select Inc. announced on Tuesday that FinishMaster Inc. has entered into an agreement to purchase substantially all of the assets of Aquia Auto Parts Inc., which does business under the name Refinish Solutions.
The transaction is customary to closing conditions, and is expected to close within 30 days.
