Dec. 2, 2014

Dec. 2, 2014—Service King Collision Repair Centers announced on Tuesday that it has acquired Kirmac Collision Services, a 12-shop collision repair and glass repair business based in Seattle.

The acquisition marks Service King's entrance into the Pacific Northwest region, and puts the company over the 200-shop milestone.

“Entering the Pacific Northwest is an exciting step forward for us,” Service King President Jeff McFadden said in a release. “The integrity and vision with which founders Ian and Ken McIntosh built Kirmac Collision Services naturally drew us to their business.
