CARSTAR Promotes Field Service Managers to Leadership Roles

Feb. 22, 2013—CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts has promoted field service managers Rick Miller and Melissa Miller to leadership roles within its field service and operations department.

Rick Miller, who most recently served as director of field services and operations, has been promoted to assistant vice president of the department. He will manage the execution of strategic business initiatives for CARSTAR stores. Rick previously led the implementation of the CARSTAR Service EDGE model across the country, according to CARSTAR.

Melissa Miller has been promoted to director of field services and operations. She most recently served as senior regional service manager for Pennsylvania and is active in the Women’s Industry Network (WIN).

“Our field service team members are the connection to our store owners, and their leadership, experience and expertise in working with our network are essential to our success as an organization,” said David Byers, CEO of CARSTAR. “We are proud to promote two members of our field service team who have consistently demonstrated the commitment to our stores, a passion for the industry and a true understanding of what it takes to succeed in this business.”
