Aug. 11, 204—VehicleOwnersGuide.com (VOG) and DCI Solution have integrated DCI’s VALU-RITE Total Loss Solution program into VOG’s claims management system, the companies announced Aug. 8.
The integration into VOG’s Open Claims Gateway program allow users to find appraisal valuations not only for standard automobiles, but also for heavy equipment and specialized vehicles. The VALU-RITE System also provides background and salvage information.
“We are very excited to be able to offer appraisal valuations from DCI Solution as part of the Open Claims Gateway platform,” said Bob Sandkaut, VOG’s product planning director. “Currently we provide a cafeteria style menu of integrated services for our clients' use in their claims operations.”
